Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Prison and Adult Social Work Team to work across the North of South Derbyshire and the Prisons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out assessments under The Care Act 2014 and reviews
  • Arranging the provision of services to meet eligible needs
  • Undertaking personalised safeguarding enquiries
  • Working alongside other departments and agencies to promote multi-disciplinary practice

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Understanding and experience of safeguarding
  • Ability to work in a person-centred and strengths-based way with clients and their families
  • Hybrid working with the ability to travel
