The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
As a Lead Manager, you will be responsible for guiding your own management team and providing exceptional service to colleagues and customers.
This role requires strong leadership skills, experience, and instincts to succeed in a dynamic retail environment.
You will be a role model, helping colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
