Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for KS1 students, assessing their progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote active participation and academic growth
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in KS1
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
