Staff Pharmacist Role Description

We are seeking a talented 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing pharmacy strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Maintaining legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy
- Leading a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver excellent patient care
- Conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Providing a range of professional pharmacy services
Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- A registration with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- High levels of professional expertise and a strong reputation among peers and stakeholders
- A passion for community pharmacy and delivering excellent patient care
- Collaborative leadership skills and a team-centered approach
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national and local services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
