Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contractor Control Manager to join our team at Arla Foods Plc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractors and employees adhere to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contractor control and PTW/LOTO procedures, strong knowledge of health and safety practices, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Champion PTW activities, coordinating work permits for planned maintenance, emergency work, and project activities.
- Coordinate the execution of preparatory work by operations, required for efficient and safe handover of installations to maintenance or projects.
- Drive Safety and Compliance: Assist in approving and issuing RAMS, PTW, and LOTO processes, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with PTW/LOTO procedures and contractor control in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations, preferably with a recognised qualification such as IOSH/NEBOSH accreditation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience using CMMS and SAP preferred.
