Humanities Education Professional

We are recruiting a skilled Humanities education professional to join our team of supply teachers in Bristol. As a supply teacher, you will have the flexibility to work in various schools across the city, on your own schedule, gaining experience in different educational settings while helping ensure continuity of learning for students.
Job Description:- The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons in their subject specialism or other subjects as required.
- They will follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or adapt to the needs of the class.
- Classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment are crucial aspects of this role.
- The candidate will support students of all abilities, including those with special educational needs (SEND) if applicable.
- Effective collaboration with other staff members and communication with school leadership are essential.
- Maintaining a high standard of professional conduct and appearance is expected.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a teacher, either on a permanent or supply basis.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students are essential.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects, age groups, and school environments are necessary.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- An Enhanced DBS check is necessary (we can assist in obtaining this if needed).
- A passion for teaching and making a positive impact on student learning is vital.
