Mental Health Practitioner

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our inpatient team at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a named nurse, you will be accountable for a defined group of service users, working closely with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to coordinate care and work collaboratively with colleagues. They will be responsible for assessing and planning individual care plans, implementing and evaluating treatment programs, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- To develop a risk management plan for service users under your care, taking note of contributions from other members of the team.
- To direct junior staff in order to ensure delivery of a high standard of care to service users.
**Salary & Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
**Requirements:**
We are looking for a registered mental health nurse who has completed their preceptorship and has experience working with individuals with complex mental health needs. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to coordinate care and work collaboratively with colleagues.
