About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trust Grade Registrar to join our team in Geriatric Medicine. As a key member of our department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with complex geriatric needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs for junior staff and medical students
  • Engage in research and service development projects to advance the field of geriatric medicine

Person Specification

  • MBBS or equivalent qualification
  • GMC registration with Licence to Practice
  • Full MRCP
  • Full ALS
  • At least 12 months UK experience at Registrar level
  • Geriatric experience at at least foundation and CT level
