About The Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Machine Mart team. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high store standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including managing stock, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead by Example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop Your Team through training and development programs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to the Development of Store Strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
