Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and skilled operative to work with a large and fast-growing social housing contractor. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for responding to multi-trade domestic repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to multi-trade domestic repairs and maintenance requests
  • Perform basic carpentry, joinery, plumbing, painting, and plastering tasks
  • Work to agreed timescales and maintain regular communication with line managers
  • Meet all regulatory and construction health and safety requirements
  • Drive a company vehicle and undertake regular vehicle checks

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of other trades and ability to undertake basic multi-skilled tasks
  • Hold a driving license (not essential)
