Product Security Lead Role

At Leonardo, we are looking for a highly skilled Product Security Lead to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Product Development teams to ensure the design, development, and maintenance of our products meet the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work with customer security accreditors and SMEs to ensure product compliance with customer and company security policies.
* Produce Security Management Plans, work package descriptions, and cost estimates in support of product bids and proposals.
* Undertake security risk assessments, create risk mitigation plans, and prepare security management documentation for system accreditation.
* Define product security requirements, advise development teams on suitable implementation standards, and oversee product development activities.

Requirements:

* Registered NCSC certified professional at senior level or above, or NCSC recognised qualification.
* Knowledge of UK/NATO Information Assurance standards, procedures, and systems.
* Practical experience of producing Security Accreditation documentation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.
