Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our remote sales team. This role involves managing university accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle, and building long-term relationships within the IT/AV industry. You will collaborate with technical teams to deliver quality services, conduct client visits, and complete audits to help clients maximise our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Client Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Product Promotion: Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and company objectives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sale support.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales reports and performance analyses.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years in sales, with a proven record of meeting targets. Experience in the AV industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in managing the sales cycle, including pitching, cross-selling, and closing deals.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
