We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team at Placing Leaders. As a key member of our client's commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing their commercial aluminium contracts across the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial aluminium contracts from order to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with project design teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with onsite sub-contractors and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage customer expectations and exceed them wherever possible to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Facilitate profitable, mutually beneficial long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial glazing, curtain walling, windows, or doors background.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a field and office-based environment, with occasional travel required.
