Hospitality Associate

Sodexo Live contributes to the success of major events, such as the Tour de France and the Rugby World Cup, and manages exceptional venues like the Eiffel Tower Restaurants and the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
As a Hospitality Associate, you will work in an extremely fast-paced environment, handling and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, welcoming guests, and taking orders. You will also be responsible for serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Preparing and serving food and beverages
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
The estimated hourly rate is $50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on age and experience. The job involves working evenings and weekends at Matchdays. To be successful, you will need to have excellent verbal communication skills, be friendly yet professional, and be a team player with the ability to resolve conflict and take criticism. Experience within a hospitality or catering setting is preferred.
