Protocol is seeking experienced examination invigilators to manage the preparation of examination venues and liaise with other staff and external personnel as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students under Awarding Body rules and regulations.
  • Collect and secure examination papers.
  • Work across College sites and at external venues.
  • Administer computer-based and on-screen examinations.
  • Be flexible and available at short notice, particularly during peak examination periods.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to quality and excellence through continuing professional development.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students or in an education environment.
  • Confidence in standing up in front of groups of people.
