Company OverviewWe are a leading independent fitness operator with a growing presence in the Northwest.
Job Description- Inspire and motivate a team of Assistant Managers, Duty Managers, personal trainers, and freelancers to create a harmonious, fun, and customer-focused environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new member sales through regular social media activity and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, cleaning, and maintenance at our club.
- Oversee the diverse and innovative fitness product offering, including personal training and group exercise.
- Be visually present during peak times to provide exceptional customer service and aid retention.
- A strong leadership style with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
- Impeccable standards and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering 5-star service and obsessive about operational standards.
- Previous experience as a Club Manager, Centre Manager, or General Manager in a fast-paced health and fitness club environment.
- Digital awareness and social media savvy.
