SEN Teaching Support Role

Do you want to make a real difference in the life of a child with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We have an exciting opportunity at Austin Fraser to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant working with a partner SEN Secondary school in Greenwich.
This is a 1:1 support role, working closely with a reception child diagnosed with ASD. You will be based within a specialist, well-equipped resource hub within the school, working alongside a supportive team of Teaching Assistants and SEN Teachers. The role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to become a permanent position at the school.
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who can provide high-quality educational support to this child. As a successful candidate, you will possess a Level 2/3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools or a relevant qualification, strong experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis, and experience of supporting children with SEN (ASD, Speech, Language & Communication needs).
