Job Title: Environmental Technical Coordinator - Water Quality Expert

We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to support continued growth in our transitional and coastal water quality modelling team. This leadership role will oversee the delivery of technical projects, building on existing opportunities in the UK and overseas.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Expert knowledge of environmental water quality regulation, including the Water Framework Directive, Bathing Water Directive, Storm Overflow Assessment Framework (SOAF), and Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plans.
  • Industry-leading experience in coastal modelling to help with bid writing and win work, and to best assess the team's needs in terms of human and computational resources and software.
  • Ability to develop innovative industry-leading approaches in new technical areas and in data-poor environments to support clients in decision-making.

You will hold strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct effective client and agency presentations, written technical report preparation, and project experience through professional publications and presentations.
