About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including elements of personal care, prompting medication, and following care plans.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, promoting a sense of trust and respect.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably with Prestige Nursing & Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Working Hours:

Part-time, 4/3 rota, with shifts from 7am to 2pm.
