Main Responsibilities:

* Analysis of requirements and production of contract lifecycle cost plans
* Provision of support and clarification to stakeholders in relation to contract queries
* Production of comprehensive quotations
* Control of all aspects of project or contract cost management
* Engagement with the supply chain and conduct of procurement, including framework contracts
* Understanding of the implications of H&S regulations and industry requirements
* Authorisation of supply chain invoices and settlement of accounts
* Carrying out invoicing and applications as appropriate
* Pricing of billable works and agreeing variations
* Production of cash flow forecasts as necessary

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Confidential and trustworthy with strong integrity
* Confident and dynamic self-starter able to work on your own whilst following established working practices
* Well organised with meticulous attention to detail
* Highly numerate
* Strong written and verbal communication with good negotiation skills
* Effective time management skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable Qualifications:

* Industry relevant qualification
* Commercial experience in a construction or maintenance environment
* Management of project costs
* Knowledge of facilities management processes
* Working relationships with clients and supply chain
* Microsoft Office software

Desirable Qualifications:

* Estimating and SoR's
* Contract Variation management
* Formal Quantity Surveying qualification
* M&E experience
* Forms of contract and risk management
