About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing support to individuals in their daily lives, including assisting with personal care, medication, and health appointments. You will also help individuals to develop their daily living skills, participate in community activities, and manage their personal budgets.
Working Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, and we are flexible to meet your preferences where possible. A good work-life balance is essential to us, and we require our Support Workers to take their share of working weekends and evenings. Our rota is published 8 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life.
What We Offer
