About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Northumberland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
  • Support individuals to discover new interests, achieve goals, and engage in leisure activities.
  • Assist with household tasks, personal care, and healthcare needs.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and friends to promote independence and choice.
