Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Life Safety Specialist at Nuffield Health. As a Life Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our members.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay alert and attentive at all times, maintaining a high level of situational awareness.

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Ability to provide ongoing training records and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
