About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineering Specialist to join our team at VINCI Construction. As a key member of our site team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the site team with engineering aspects of construction works.
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to construction activities.
  • Collaborating with designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Leading and checking fabrication drawings from cage suppliers.
  • Producing method drawings for cage installation and central bar installation.
  • Liaising with various departments to address technical challenges and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a piling site engineer is essential.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills and proficiency in Excel are desired but not mandatory.
  • Able to work independently and recognize knowledge and skill limitations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, consultants, and site teams.
  • Dedicated and switched-on profile with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
