About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized beauty experiences, and selling our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Sell and demonstrate our products, ensuring customers have a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create engaging in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and launches
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store

  • You have a flexible availability, able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • You are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
