About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
