Leader in Care Social Work Roles

We are currently recruiting experienced social workers to join our teams in children's services, working with good/outstanding councils nationwide.

As a leader in care, you can expect to work on various cases including child and family safeguarding, looked after children, fostering, duty and assessment, child protection and children with disabilities.

Our unique approach to agency work allows us to pay great rates of up to £46 per hour, topped up by our exclusive Leaders in Care bonus. This ensures that you receive a fair compensation for your expertise and dedication.

You will have the opportunity to plan your own diary to condense your hours into 4 days, giving you more time to relax outside of work. Our longstanding and supportive management teams provide a good platform to do your best work.

We also offer regular supervision and support to help you continue your growth as a practitioner along with the team and service. A 6 month contract is guaranteed from the off, with the further option to extend should you wish.

To be eligible for these roles, a social work qualification is required as well as registration to Social Work England (SWE). If you are an experienced social worker looking for a change or new to agency work, we can provide you with the necessary guidance and information.
