Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust for a dedicated individual to join our busy and expanding Administration Team within YAS Academy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and efficient administration support to the Academy team, including the Academy Management team and wider Trust stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for education and learning enquiries, providing advice and guidance as needed.
  • Liaise with other departments and external organisations to ensure high levels of co-operation and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support the production of timely and accurate workforce/performance data, working closely with the Academy Administration Manager.
  • Handle confidential data in accordance with current regulations and report to interested parties as requested by the Academy senior management team.
  • Act as a key resource for the Academy team, providing administrative support and services as needed.
  • Provide advice, instruction, and familiarisation to new starters, alternative duties staff, and new management team members.
  • Support the inputting, monitoring, production, and analysis of training data, records, and information required for finite and ongoing projects within the Academy.
  • Work without supervision, using own initiative to problem-solve and respond to different work demands.
