Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our award-winning team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and promoting our world-class cuisine.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and genuine gesture, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Deliver menu introductions, ensuring guests are aware of the ordering process and F&B knowledge.
- Follow SOPs for guest experience, handling allergy and dietary requirements, and taking payment.
- Replenish cutlery and tableware, clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Provide insightful answers to guests regarding F&B offerings and communicate needs to colleagues/Managers.
- Complete ad hoc tasks to protect brand image and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Practice safe workplace standards for service of alcohol and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with flexible availability.
- Must have strong communication and listening skills, remaining composed in challenging situations.
- Professional manner and politeness with guests, with basic proficiency in English Language.
- Ability to walk and stand for periods of long duration, with physical tasks including holding trays with a heavy load.
- Demonstrate correct practices in hygiene, food hygiene, and health and safety requirements.
