Creative Support is a leading provider of support services for adults with learning disabilities. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support that enables our service users to live fulfilling lives.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Barrow, Cumbria. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
About the Role
- You will work closely with our service users, supporting them in maintaining their safety, security, cleanliness, and comfort in their homes.
- Provide respectful personal care according to individual needs, wishes, and preferred routines outlined in personal support plans.
- Be responsive to changing needs and preferences of service users, adapting your approach as necessary.
Benefits
- The salary for this role is approximately £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Full training is provided, as well as the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Pension contributions, 28 days' leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS are included in the benefits package.
