Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team at Turning Point, a leading health and social care provider.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. As a Care Specialist, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living skills, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and arranging activities. Your duties will include:
- promoting independence and supporting residents in their daily activities
- assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- developing life skills and personal interests through creative activities and outings
- ensuring safe and healthy environments for residents
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental, with excellent communication skills. A driving license is preferred due to the needs of our service users. As a Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
