Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team in Chester. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your sales skills and enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling life insurance and protection products to customers over the phone, working within our established sales process.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a good communicator, passionate about sales, and have experience of working to and achieving targets. You should also be self-motivated, able to work individually within a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 basic, with total earnings up to £60,000 including bonus potential. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from a range of incentives, including medical cash plans, death in service plans, and referral schemes.
Our company culture is centered around winning, with individual and team incentives available daily, monthly, and quarterly.
