Key Responsibilities:- Manage training enquiries and booking requests from clients efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer loyalty and increase market share.
- Provide advice and guidance on our extensive training portfolio and related industry certification schemes, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Source relevant training courses based on client requirements and sell the solution to the customer, ensuring a tailored approach.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to secure repeat and expansion business, meeting and surpassing relevant service level agreement (SLA) targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with training providers for scheduling and support, ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
- Offer re-scheduling and cancellation support to clients, providing a high level of customer service.
- Proactively develop key accounts and update details on the website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide dedicated enquiry processing and after-sales support, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.
- Experience in customer service and sales roles is preferable, with full training provided.
- Knowledge or experience in the construction and/or training/education sector is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work well within a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels, with a customer-centric approach and excellent people skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Responsive to a fast-changing environment, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with competence in using IT systems and software.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with a requirement to save 3-4 days for Christmas shutdown.
