About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being in a kind and compassionate setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with dementia and other complex needs, using person-centred approaches and tailored care plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience for residents
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
