Procurement Project Manager

Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Tender Manager to join our team at Next Geosolutions. In this role, you'll drive the preparation and submission of high-impact tenders for marine surveying, geophysical, geotechnical, environmental, and UXO surveys, as well as offshore construction support.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing complex tenders, client engagement, cross-functional team coordination, negotiation and contract finalization, and business development efforts to strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tender strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions, execution strategies, and budgeting.
- Lead client meetings for tender clarifications and negotiations, ensuring accurate reflection in the final contract.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience: 2+ years' experience managing large-scale tenders, ideally within offshore renewables or marine surveying.
- Commercial and contractual knowledge: strong commercial and contractual orientation with a focus on effective risk management.
- Leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams, maintaining high performance and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills: excellent English communication skills with cultural awareness for collaborating across regions.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
