In Rochdale, we strive to provide exceptional support to children, young people, and their families. We do this by offering extensive training, supervision, and support.

  • We cover professional fees.
  • We offer retention payments of £500 every six months after one year of continuous service.
  • We provide hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

  • We have a modern, award-winning building where you can work alongside colleagues, as well as satellite locations in the community.
  • We are conveniently located near public transportation and major highways.
