Job Title: Registered Nurse for Complex Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Complex Care Domiciliary team at Bluebird Care North Somerset.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide specialized care to patients with complex medical conditions in their own homes, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with complex health conditions in their homes.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and perform clinical procedures as required.
  • Monitor patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in health status.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to help them manage their conditions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current UK Nursing license and PIN.
  • Experience in complex care and injuries, critical care, or similar settings is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a variety of complex medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
