Apprenticeship Enrolment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven individual to join our Apprenticeship Team as an Enrolment Coordinator. As the main point of contact for apprenticeship enrolment, you will work closely with internal staff, including curriculum colleagues, skills coaches, and MIS support teams, to ensure a smooth enrolment process for apprentices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the enrolment and sign-up process for employers and apprentices from initial assessment through to onboarding.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure apprentices are enrolled in a timely manner.
- Ensure apprentices are suitably qualified for the course they are registering for and that all apprenticeship funding is secured via the Digital Apprenticeship Service prior to the apprentice's start.
We are looking for someone who is well-organised, process-driven, and able to communicate easily with colleagues, apprentices, and external stakeholders at all levels. Administration experience is essential, and experience of apprenticeships and enrolment systems is desirable.
This role will cover a wide variety of delivery areas and is crucial to the success of our Apprenticeship Team. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
