Job Description:

Company Overview: Our local authority client, based in South Wales, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer who is able to conduct HHSRS Housing Inspections under the Housing Act 2004 and prepare reports.

This role requires at least four years of experience, and it is essential that you hold the HHSRS certification. You will work with a backlog of work, conducting thorough inspections and preparing detailed reports.

Salary: The hourly rate for this position is between £40 to £45 per hour, depending on experience. This provides a competitive income, taking into account the unique requirements and skills needed for the job.

Job Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have at least four years of experience in environmental health or a related field. Holding the HHSRS certification is a fundamental requirement. Your ability to inspect properties and produce comprehensive reports will be highly valued.
