Job Description

The role of a Project Monitoring Specialist involves acting as the eyes and ears of a fund or bank, ensuring that project costs, timelines, and aspects align with the developer's representations.

This is a challenging position that requires managing a portfolio of deals and engaging with clients and developers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with banks and funds and a background in quantity surveying or building surveying.

A minimum of 12 months of experience in a monitoring role is required, although relevant experience is welcomed.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £80k per year, depending on experience. In addition to this, they will be eligible for a performance bonus based on individual billings and a range of other benefits.
