As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to customers in their own homes
- Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £16.04 per hour (weekends)
- Guaranteed weekly hours, including travel time
- A comprehensive induction and training program
- Ongoing specialist training and nationally recognized qualifications
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- A range of benefits, including a £500 joining bonus, enhanced DBS and renewals paid for by ECL, and a private healthcare scheme
