About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in the Horsham and surrounding area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our customers regain their independence and live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14.04 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £16.04 per hour (weekends)
  • Guaranteed weekly hours, including travel time
