Endoscopy and Minor Operations Lead

About the Role
Nuffield Health Warwickshire Hospital is seeking an exceptional Endoscopy and Minor Ops Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Ambulatory Care Unit, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead in the delivery of patient care, ensuring high-quality planned care for patients during all phases of their journey.
- Support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Endoscopy department.
- Manage a team of registered practitioners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with WHO checklist requirements and JAG accreditation standards.
- Investigate incidents and ensure prompt resolution.

Requirements
- Two years or more experience in an endoscopy setting.
- NMC or HCPC registration.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
