About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property department at STARK Building Materials UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of new and refurbishment projects across our portfolio of approximately 600 branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction and refurbishment of new branches, refurbishment projects, special projects, and format updates.
  • Work closely with internal departments, external consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Establish and arrange external resources required to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with Statutory regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with branch operations teams to achieve project targets.
  • Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and projects are closed out to meet Statutory compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Development/Refurb projects.
  • Ability to work alone on their own initiative, self-managing and prioritizing their own workload.
  • Possess a full driving license.
