The Role
We are looking for motivated Technicians to join our engineering team. As an Engineering Technician within Raytheon, you will work in a workshop / laboratory environment, primarily supporting the design, development, production, and integration activities associated with Weapon Systems.
Main Duties
- Adhere to Company Health and Safety Policies and legislation.
- Mechanical assembly, modification, and repair of hardware.
- Regular checking of tools and machinery.
- Mechanical and Electrical testing.
- Completion of forms and maintenance records.
- Understand quality requirements and proactively report issues/observations.
Candidate Skills
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working in electrical and mechanical technician roles. Essential skills include the ability to follow strict company Environmental Health and Safety procedures, proficiency in using tools for repair and manufacture of equipment, and ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
