Job Title: Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Daisy Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and escalate process issues, offering suggestions for suitable resolutions and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with Business Partners, supporting them in growing their customer base and establishing Daisy as their preferred partner.
  • Deliver against key business objectives, business service level agreements, and individual key performance indicators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers, instilling confidence in our ability to deliver an exceptional level of service.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the service industry.
  • Be competent in all Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret data.
  • Take ownership of issues and follow through to conclusion.
  • Sound questioning and listening skills, pinpointing the exact issue to get a resolution.
  • Can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate a logical thought process, meeting customer demands and expectations.
  • Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent, assertive, and controlled telephone manner.
  • A high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Problem analysis/solving.
  • Attention to detail.
