About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the workplace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Develop knowledge of our menus and make recommendations to guests
  • Support the running of our businesses and contribute to the achievement of our goals
What We Offer

As a Bar and Waiting Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, 30 hours paid work per week, and a range of benefits including a 33% discount on food and drink, free shares, and a pension scheme.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive attitude towards learning and development. You will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and have good communication skills.

No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you achieve your goals.
