About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Federated Hermes. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day application support to our business users, ensuring that issues are logged and resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Finance business users on applications such as Infor BI, Proactis, and Infor SunSystems.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for system administration and user support.
  • Collaborate with the Finance functional area to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide training and support to business users on new system features and enhancements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in application support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Finance and operational areas.
  • Basic SQL knowledge and experience with industry-related business knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
