Join Our Team as a Waiting Staff Member

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiting Staff at Burnley FC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the management and chef's team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including match days and events
