**Job Overview:**

Creative Support Ltd is a passionate, inclusive, and anti-racist organization seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Manchester, UK.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and caring individual to support individuals with mental health diagnoses in a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with service users to co-produce support plans that promote their choices and independence.

The ideal candidate has experience working in partnership with agencies involved in people's support and care planning. They should be able to promote the rights of service users with mental health needs to move on positively to greater independence.

This role involves supporting citizens in daily living skills, community outreach, and housing goals.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
