About The Role

Servoca Nursing & Care is dedicated to providing quality and reliable staff to the health and social care sector in Greater Manchester.

We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives.

Our strong client relationships are built on trust and honesty, enabling us to offer our Support Workers the choice of when, where and how often they work.

Working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings, you will support Adults facing challenges related to living with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Behavioural difficulties.

Shifts can be Days, Nights and Sleep Shifts to assist with 24 hour support.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are kind, patient and have common sense.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Children's support settings.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships.

Experience of individual support planning and a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle are also required.
